The Thai Basil Cooler at Midway is the perfect way to stay cool in this 112 degree heat! They have an awesome happy hour between 3p-7p so this baby was $3 off. The owners Vanna and Luke always say "Hi" when we come through. They've been such a great addition to the community!

Came here because I was gifted a gift card and it was pleasantly very tasty! I particularly enjoyed the lumpia the most. Everything came out quick and our bartender was extremely attentive and quick with refills. The bar had many TVs all around with plenty of seating and would be a great place to watch a game! I will definitely be back and can't wait to try more things in their menu. Overall, this is a great place to watch a game and there's no bad seat in the house. I also read on a sign that they have an R&B brunch!

My sister found this place through Tik Tok. I can see why she wanted to check it out. It's not like any other brunch spot. There's security at the front and an entrance fee. Just like a club. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They knew we were not from the area and guided us on how things were run. Tables are reserved only and the bar was open seating. Patio seating was also open seating. We sat at the bar since we showed up on a whim and couldn't get a table. The bartender greeted us and gave us the menu. We ordered French toast with berries and eggs. For drinks, we had the mimosa with our choice of juice. We chose mango and we opted for the bottle instead of just a glass. The atmosphere is like no other brunch place. There was a DJ that played all the classic 80s/90s hip hop and r&b. EVERYONE was singing along to every song. There's an area in front of the DJ that people can go and dance. Drinks were pouring left and right. Definitely a club atmosphere except in the daytime. I enjoyed it mainly because of the music. I grew up listening to hip hop and r&b. The food was standard but the drinks were good. My sister wants to come back here for her birthday. Looks like I'll be making another visit soon.

Nick, the bartender was super friendly, attentive and welcoming. :) We ordered Pho-which-dip, Mom's pho, and Bulgogi fries. Pho-which-dip: portion is quite big. On my first visit, the sandwich breads were quite crispy. It was perfect as it got softened when dipped in the pho broth. Second visit, bread was more soft and ended up falling apart halfway through the meal. Fingers crossed that the kitchen will be more consistent on the order. Regardless, the beef was quite tender and everything tasted great! Mom's pho -- pho broth was flavorful and made me feel like home. I wish that they were more generous with the meat and meatball (quarter of a meatball). Bulgogi fries -- if you're a fries lover then a MUST! I thought it was perfect and fresh. Would I wish for more bulgogi? Yes. LOL Overall, a great and fun little place for Vietnamese fusion food. Great for a hangout! Highly recommend!
